Silent Sunday – Views and Lone Tree on Quantock Hills

Views across the Quantocks, to the coastline and Exmoor National Park

This is my favourite spot on the Quantock Hills where I can sit quietly and take in the sweeping views—across the rest of the Quantocks, out to the coastline, and over towards Exmoor National Park. As most people turn back after reaching the trig point just 400 metres away, I often find I have this peaceful location entirely to myself.
